Donald Trump Jr. has been temporarily locked out from Twitter after posting a controversial video.
The video, about COVID-19, violated the company’s policies on misinformation related to the coronavirus pandemic.
The account of the president’s son will be suspended for 12 hours, barring him from posting any new tweets, liking, and/or retweeting anything.
He will, however, still be able to reach out to followers via direct message if he pleases to.
A Twitter spokesperson claimed, according to Vice, that it is not a suspension but ‘a temporary lockout until the Tweet is deleted’.
But just what did he post? Well it was a video that contained multiple lies and dubious claims about COVID-19 and its treatments.

President Trump himself shared the video numerous times, however his account was not suspended as he deleted the tweets.
Trump Jr. captioned the tweet, labeling it as a ‘must watch’, adding that it is ‘so different from the narrative everyone is running’.
