Louis Tomlinson’s sister Félicité has died aged 18

Felicité Tomlinson, sister of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, has died. The 18-year-old Instagram influencer, who managed to boast over 1.3 million followers on the platform, passed away in her West London apartment on Wednesday, March 13. The cause of death is suspected to be the rest of a major cardiac arrest, although a post-mortem examination is still to take place.

Commenting on the unhappy incident, a London Ambulance Service spokesperson stated: “We were called at 12:51 pm yesterday to reports of an incident in Earl’s Court. We sent two ambulance crews, a single responder in a car and an advanced paramedic to the scene. Sadly, despite the efforts of our medics, a person died at the scene.”

As a result of the tragedy, Louis has cancelled his appearance performing for Comic Relief, and will be grieving privately. He was apparently working in London when police informed him of his sister’s death, while Felicité’s other family members in Doncaster have also been notified. Louis was apparently very close to his oldest sibling, and the two were often seen out and about in each other’s company.

My heart absolutely breaks for Louis Tomlinson right now, losing his mum two years ago and now his little sister who was just 18, cruel cruel world [sic].

Sadly, Tomlinson has already lost his mother Johannah to leukaemia – and was inspired to write a song, entitled “Two Of Us,” about how her death affected him. In a recent interview with BBC Radio 1, he stated: It was something I needed to get off my chest … I used to lean on my mum for a lot of things – anytime I needed advice on something she would be the first call I made.”

Our thoughts are with Louis, and the rest of Felicité’s friends and family, during this difficult time.
