In yet another completely normal day in the life of Elon Musk, the tech billionaire has ignored California stay-at-home laws to restart production at a Tesla Factory. Oh, and he’s dared authorities to arrest him for doing so.
Musk reopened his factory in Fremont, CA on Monday despite being told to keep it closed by Alameda County officials due to Coronavirus restrictions.
Following his actions, Musk then took to Twitter to inform the world of his actions and asked that if anyone was to be arrested, that it be him and no one else.
It isn’t believed that any drastic action is going to be taken against Musk or Tesla, with the County looking to reach a peaceful conclusion to the situation, so it’s extremely unlikely he’ll be spending a night in the cells any time soon.
Musk has already sued Alameda County for forcing the closure of the plant and has threatened to move it to Nevada and Texas recently.
