The Haunting of Bly Manor’s latest trailer has just dropped and it’s fair to say that it looks significantly scarier than Hill House ever did.
The sequel series to Netflix’s The Haunting of Hill House just dropped a new full trailer teasing an even more bone-chilling ghost story than the first one.
If you thought the Crains experience at Hill House was something to keep you up at night, then just wait until Bly Manor drops.
While some of the faces are certainly familiar, they’ve definitely done a lot of work on upping the fear factor.
Speaking earlier this year, the team behind Hill House revealed that they would be turning the show into a franchise, similar to American Horror Story.
But what exactly is the story about? Well while the trailer gives little away, the synopsis gives us a bit of an idea of what to expect.
The short synopsis reads:
After an au pair’s tragic death, Henry hires a young American nanny to care for his orphaned niece and nephew who reside at Bly Manor with the chef Owen, groundskeeper Jamie and housekeeper, Mrs. Grose.
The Haunting of Bly Manor drops on Netflix on Friday, Oct. 9.
