Earlier this year, Friends fans rejoiced when we got word of some kind of reunion – but now it appears it’ll be taking place next year.
If you’re a keen viewer of Comedy Central, it could seem that Friends have never gone away, it’s actually been off our screens for 16 whole years.
And that’s a long time to wait for some more from your favorite group of New York reprobates.

So recently we got the news we’d been waiting for. The cast were finally coming back together for some sort of reunion.
But of course this is 2020, and now it seems we’ll have to wait until 2021.
According to Matthew Perry, the reunion is set to be broadcast in March exclusively on HBO Max.

More specifically, Perry wrote:
Friends reunion being rescheduled for the beginning of March. Looks like we have a busy year coming up. And that’s the way I like it!

So yeah, looks like we’ve got to wait a little longer but at least it’s finally happening!
Could we be more excited?!
