YouTube announced Thursday that it is planning a project with the Grammy-winning Canadian pop star, set to premiere next year. Unfortunately though, no more details about the Bieber special were revealed, so annoying!
Back in 2008, Bieber, 25, originally from Stratford, Ontario, was discovered by his current manager, Scooter Braun, who had seen his YouTube videos of covers of songs like Chris Brown’s “With You” and Justin Timberlake’s “Cry Me a River.”
Releasing his debut song ‘Baby’ in 2009 and continued to build his career with his like ‘Sorry’,’Boyfriend’ and ‘Love Yourself’ allowing him to win a Grammy Award and tour the world. Not bad!
Bieber now has 44 million subscribers on his youtube channel.
The pop star told fans he would be taking a step back from his career to look after his mental health back in March.
YouTube also announced a slate of new programming Thursday, including documentaries on Colombian singer Maluma and reality stars like Paris Hilton. They also said Kevin Hart: What The Fit would return for a third season next year.
