Brooklyn Nine-Nine has certainly been through a lot over the years, and now it is ready to release its seventh season in January 2020.

Chief executives revealed that the seventh season will consist of 13 episodes, and each episode is expected to be as hilarious as every other one since 2013.

Speaking in an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Terry Crews spoke of his character Terry Jeffords and the “role reversal” that was teased at the end of season 6: “Andre Braugher is an officer, he’s not a captain. I am the lieutenant, I am in his office. It’s so bizarre, I still don’t feel like it’s mine… We love to turn things on its ear. It’s so wild because we’re all changing and growing.”
