Since 2008, the Rolling In The Deep singer has definitely shed some pounds. She claims she did it for her personal happiness. Adele cut out sugar from her diet and the results are incredible.

June Shannon lost a whopping 300 lb over the past few years. Although she had a gastric sleeve surgery in 2015, she has kept up her weight-loss by following dirts and workout plans.

3. Kelly Osbourne

Since 2009, Kelly Osbourne has lost around 70 lb. Kelly’s show partner on Dancing With The Stars introduced her to a more healthy diet and training routine.

4. Jordin Sparks

American Idol winner Jordin Sparks lost 50 lb in 2012. She achieved this by counting calories, walking every day, and working out with a personal trainer.

5. Zach Galifianakis

Zach Galifianakis looks so different after dropping the pounds recently. The actor said that the most effective part of his diet was giving up alcohol.

6. Christina Aguilera

Christina Aguilera lost almost 50 lb in 2013, it was after she took a break from The Voice and decided to get into shape.
