Mark Wahlberg, Amanda Seyfried And Zac Efron To Star In NEW Animated Scooby-Doo Movie!

The new Scooby-Doo movie is set to be released in May 2020 and most of the characters have been cast.

Will Forte will be playing Shaggy, Gina Rodriguez will play Velma, Tracy Morgan is taking on the role of Captain Caveman and Frank Welker will reprise the voice of the main dog himself, Scooby-Doo.

Zac Efron and Amanda Seyfried have now been cast in the new Scooby-Doo reboot, playing Fred and Daphne.

In even more exciting casting news for the feature film, Mark Wahlberg and Jason Isaacs will be joining the crew. The new film titled ‘Scoob’ will be directed by Tony Cervone and is set to be released in May 2020.

Plot details are being kept very quiet but the story will reportedly see the fan-favorite Mystery Inc. gang join forces with other heroes of the Hanna-Barbera universe to save the world from Dick Dastardly and his latest evil plot.

It’s now been reported that Wahlberg will play the Blue Falcon (a.k.a. wealthy socialist Radley Crown), a superhero who in the past has teamed with Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Gang to fight against one of his arch-enemies, Mr. Hyde.

Playing Dynomut will be Ken Jeong, who’d previously starred in The Hangover and Pineapple Express.

Isaacs will portray classic villain Dick Dastardly, who you may remember from Hanna-Barbera series Wacky Races.
