Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard Decline Rent From Tenants After Coronavirus Outbreak

While some celebrities have decided to use the COVID-19 pandemic to record the WORST EVER COVER OF ‘IMAGINE’ IN THE HISTORY OF EARTH, others are putting their time to better use.

Step forward Kristen Bell and Dax Shepard.

The couple own multiple properties in Los Angeles, which they are currently leasing to various tenants. But, with the Coronavirus pandemic leaving people out of work, whether permanently or temporarily, Bell and Shepard have decided against accepting rent payments for April to help out their renters during a time of extreme financial unrest.

A manager of Pringus Property LLC – The couple’s company that owns at least 2 residential buildings – emailed all tenants this past weekend to share the good news.

Californians are presently under a stay at home order, meaning many are not earning their usual wages as their places of work are closed.

Across the US, roughly 100 million people are observing similar laws as the country attempts to stop the spread of COVID-19, which has already infected at least 50,000 people nationwide.
