Lisa Kudrow, who played Phoebe Buffay, commented: “Lucky lucky #beautifulpeople.”

The pair last appeared on a major Instagram picture when co-star Jennifer Aniston ‘broke the Internet’ by making her first post a selfie with all her co-stars enjoying each others company at Courtney Cox’s house.

The reunion got fans excited for a possible movie or one-off show, bu according to Aniston, that isn’t gonna happen. She said: “Listen, we would love for there to be something, but we don’t know what that something is. So we’re just trying really, we’re working on something. No, we don’t know. I don’t want to lead people on.”

Marta Kauffman, co-creator and writer of Friends revealed in an interview where she stands on the concept. Speaking to Rolling Stone, she said: “There are several reasons [why there won’t be a Friends reunion]. One, the show is about a time in your life when your friends are your family. It’s not that time anymore. All we’d be doing is putting those six actors back together, but the heart of the show would be gone.

“Two, I don’t know what good it does us. The show is doing just fine, people love it. [A reunion] could only disappoint. ‘The One Where Everyone’s Disappointed’.”
